If you only knew the symphony your body orchestrates to bring forth life. If you knew, the less likely you would be to want to interrupt its song. Physiology is the best teacher of how to give birth. Most women do not need “assistance” to give birth; what they need is an environment which supports and uplifts the body, spirit, and soul. I do not walk the journey for women I merely illuminate the path.

Physiology dictates the birth process. Intervening unnecessarily can cascade the need for intervention. Natural physiologic birth works in the warmth, dark, and in feeling safe enough to turn inward.
